Shipping Information
With our conveniently located fulfillment centers, almost all orders are delivered by UPS within 1 to 4 business days from date of purchase*.
*Orders received by 4:00 PM EST Mon-Fri are shipped the same day.
It is always recommended to give you and us enough lead time when placing your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please call Customer Service, toll free at 800-985-0901, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.
Please provide a physical street address for shipping. Shipping is not available to a PO Box. Orders ship via UPS. All deliveries exclude Holidays. Shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns Information
Product Guarantee: If you purchase moving boxes and/or Supplies and are not 100% satisfied, you can return the items within (7) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. No partial returns are offered. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges ($15.00 per package) and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Broker Boxes. Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or returns. The RMA number may be obtained from our Customer Support line at 1-800-985-0901, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm EST. All boxes and supplies, must be returned in the original packaging. The RMA must be noted on the outside of the returned box. RMAs are valid for only 5 days from issuance. A restocking fee may apply for damaged and missing items. If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging, Broker Boxes retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an additional restocking fee.
Canceling or Re-routing an order Information
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason with out any fees. Customers may cancel by calling1-800-985-0901 the day the order is placed, excluding Saturday and Sunday. If the order is placed after 4:00PM EST on a Friday or during the weekend, it must be canceled on the following Monday before your order has left our warehouse to avoid any restocking fees -– Please have your order number ready for faster, more accurate service. If your order is in transit and you need to cancel the delivery, you are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Broker Boxes. If your order is in transit and you need to re-route the packages, there will be a $5 per package address correction fee. Address corrections for orders already in transit may delay delivery times by 1 - 2 Days. Delays by the carrier do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.
